It is no secret that we’ve been developing a new full face helmet called the “Pro Diver”. Originally unveiled at the 2009 PIA symposium, and shown at events around the country, this flip up full face helmet has had a huge response and is eagerly anticipated by skydivers around the world. So when will this mysterious helmet be released and made available to the general public?
Due to some factors beyond our control, we’ve had to delay the release date while we worked out some of the production methods. During this time we’ve also been improving some of the design along with adding some new features to enhance the overall product. It is our main priority to develop a cutting edge, quality product which will suit the needs of many, and we cannot be satisfied until we have achieved this goal.
Getting back to the above question, we are uncertain when the Pro Diver will be ready for market. The only thing we can guarantee right now is that when it comes out, we will be sure to put the word out there. As a company that started the full face skydiving helmet, we are willing to put as much time as needed into development until we successfully create the next generation of full face.

Manager Mike Gruwell and his staff put the focus on safety and education while providing an extensive selection of articles and advice on gear and skydiving through there web site. Their site also features a blog section titled the Rigger Rant and Rave and they expect to have a series of tutorial videos online by early 2010.
Great Deals and Education are not all you can expect from the folks at Chuting Star. They are located at Skydive the Farm which is known for great skydiving and good times. The drop zone is located on a private 55 acre piece of land with TWO swoop ponds, grass runway, heated and carpeted packing hanger, video rooms, mockups, and of course full service rigging and gear sales at Chuting Star. They also have camping and RV facilities, bunk rooms, bonfires, 4 wheeler, motorcycle and hiking trails.
Their annual Good Vibes Boogie is quickly becoming one of the top events on the east coasts and
May 12-16this year. They will also be hosting Skyfest from June 15-21.
We recommend checking them out online, or better yet meeting them in person if you have the chance, you will not be disappointed!
